Mandate:
To find various ways to generate more sales from Armori Steele Inc (AS) and its subdivision companies.
Subcompanies being and not restricted to: Goalie Mask Collector, Racing Helmet Collector, Rockstar Collector
Associate is free to offer and sell memorabilia from any other companies while offering memorabilia from AS.
Associate must find various ways of connecting with new potential clients via various online or in-person platforms. Suggested platforms being and not restricted to:
- Their own network
- Facebook: groups, marketplace, own network
- TikTok
- Kijiji
- Craigslist
- Any other platform that the associate develops
Associate is highly encouraged to use the Razzall platform as well.
- Razzes either on FB or Razzall app is a great way to generating new sales
Commission: 100% commission based

Required skills:
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Strong grasp of Google Sheets and Excel
- Comfortable with Gmail and G-Suite
- Comfortable with Google Drive
- Perfect written English (as most of our clients are international clients)
- Comfortable with computer and smartphones in general
- Comfortable with Shopify (paid training will be offered)
Task description:
Administrative tasks:
- General office and warehouse administrative tasks
- Customer service emails
- Update websites inventories and listings
- Overlook and pay: suppliers, landlord, utilities etc
Inventory tasks:
- Quality control of inventory upon reception
- Account for inventory
- Account payables: pay suppliers
- Account receivables: make sure that clients are updated with their orders and collect clients
- Coordinate ship-outs with warehouse

Fun and exciting opportunity to work in the field of sports and entertainment memorabilia. Your mission as a sales manager is to help increase growth and develop business for all three of our niche companies in the fields of: Sports memorabilia, Hollywood memorabilia and Rock and roll memorabilia.
Excellent opportunity to grow within the company and increase earning potential via sales commission pay scale + a guaranteed base salary.
Work amongst a young and dynamic team. Excellent online business learning opportunity. Close work on a daily basis with the founders of the company. Small and personal work synergy.

Tasks:
- Assist online sales and listings
- Including but not restricted to:
- Kijiji
- eBay
- Sidelineswipe
- Facebook Marketplace
- Shopify
- Any other online sales platforms
- Create and run Tiktok accounts
- Social social media management including Instagram reels stories post, Facebook posts
- Not media shy, willing to talk and appear on social media content
- Online sales via email and Facebook Messenger
- Meet clients in person, on location
- Creative work on mobile and desktop
- Manage client sales questions
- Market scouting for memorabilia to buy
- Shopping and purchasing of F1 items, Rockstar memorabilia, hockey NHL and other sports memorabilia
- Minor graphic design
- Assist and coordinate signing sessions
Requirements:
- $18 an hour base salary plus added sales commissions
- Full-time position
- Must work in-house at our offices in Delson, Quebec
- Approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm position, with minor variations
- Ideal for candidates who love sports and entertainment memorabilia
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be highly comfortable with social media, cell phones app technologies
- Car and valid driver's license is required
- Must be extremely responsive on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and telephone calls during work hours
