Morning shift: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Monday to Wednesday fixed schedule
Additional days available depending on workload
Compensation
$15.00 to $17.50 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and independent Warehouse & Operations Assistant to support daily operations at our Florida HQ. This role supports two growing brands:
• Armori Steele (collector sports memorabilia and helmets)
• Cavology (dog accessories)
You will play a key role in keeping daily shipping, warehouse flow, and light business operations running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities
• Daily shipping and order fulfillment
• Warehouse organization and inventory management
• General warehouse upkeep and maintenance
• Receiving, opening, and processing incoming packages
• Delivering small packages to UPS Store
• Product photography for listings
• Light Shopify tasks including news or product updates
• Light assistant duties such as bringing company vehicle for maintenance and picking up supplies from stores like Walmart, Target, or Home Depot
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Comfortable using a Windows computer
• Familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
• Familiar with Facebook Messenger
• Shopify experience is a plus (training will be provided)
• Able to work independently and manage tasks alone at HQ
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for local package drop offs and errands
• Reliable, organized, and detail oriented
Work Environment
This is a small team environment where you will often work independently inside a private warehouse and showroom setting. Ideal for someone who likes autonomy, light physical work, and a mix of hands on and computer based tasks.
